Goodwin House is a restored Art Deco home, reimagined for contemporary family life. A new rear extension reaches the side boundary of this corner site, its curved brick fence framing views of the surrounding greenery while maintaining a connection to the street.

The addition forms a courtyard, embracing its northwest aspect, with multiple entry points catering to both formal and informal moments. North-facing clerestory windows pull light deep into the home, offering glimpses of treetops beyond.

Both new and old are unified in crisp white, highlighting the rich textures of recycled brick, stucco, and steel. Inside, the rhythm of the architecture continues—natural materials bringing warmth, depth, and a quiet dialogue between past and present.
